Comfortable
Not easy to find in the first time but when you find it, it is good location. Not many towels and staff is not so friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Locanda Poste Vecie. Overall, the location. It is very closed to Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto stop is nearby. We got a triple room with a big bathroom. The room was very clean and with nice furniture. They brought us the breakfast to the room, because they do not have any dinning room. It is very small but nice hostal to stay for a short break,....
It was very difficult to find. It is in a very narrow street,.... Our room had no views. It was facing the opposite building, one meter distance.... I consider it is expensive for such an small hostal to charge you 140€ for a triple room, but I suppose the prices in Venice are like that,.... I did not like either the stairs. We got our room on the first floor, but the stairs are very steep to carry heavy suitcases, but the owner was nice and offered himself to carry our suitcases.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic. Tucked down a narrow alleyway just behind the colourful fish market, we were only a few minutes away from the famous Rialto Bridge. The vaporetto stop at Rialto Mercato was also just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the kettle in the room, allowing us to enjoy a cup of tea while taking in THE view of Venice. Finally, the continental breakfast served at the restaurant next to the hotel was a delight. The pastries, especially the croissants, were absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. All of this was included in our rate, making it great value for money. we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel.
All was perfect, no major remarks.

Great location! We were right by the fish market and general Rialto market (and were worried about potential odors in our room), but not problem! The rooms are air conditioned and we were directly on the canal, overlooking the fishermen unloading boats, but no bad smells (you will catch a whiff when walking in the area though). Fun to watch the market wake-up and the locals doing business. Our room was quiet, despite the location. Nice breakfast delivered to your room. Big nice bathroom. We were traveling with our two teens - King Size bed for us, two twins for them - all in the same room, but adequate space - good value!

The hotel room is really beautiful, the breakfast served to your room makes the stay pretty amazing. The staff is really helpful and welcoming.
It is a little difficult to find at the first time. But once you know where exactly it is, then the location is pretty convenient, close to the Rialto bridge and just next to town fish market (sometimes bring fishy smell though)

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. It is very centrally located near the Rialto market and is almost in the center of Venice. Nestled in a small street next to a charming canal, the hotel offers a unique and picturesque setting. The rooms are well-appointed with luxurious furnishings and large bathrooms, offering ample storage for your belongings. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rates are very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. Speaking of breakfast, they serve the best croissants and offer a typical European spread with great pastries.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Excellent location only 5 minutes from Rialto This is second time we have stayed and the property has been refurbished and modernised. There is no restaraunt bar or lounge but hey this is venice what are you doing in your rooms except to sleep. Continetal breakfast is bought to your room on a table which we enjoyed. Dont worry about the approach to the hotel which might be offputting but it shouldnt. I have been to Venice 6 times and if I went back I would stay again

The staff was very responsive, sending the directions to the hotel, and responding to all our e-mails very quickly. The room was very nice, but we did not realize it had air-conditioning, so a bit more information at the arrival would be helpful. We also had to ask for the internet code. The lady at the reception desk could have been a bit friendlier, and could provide more information, She could have checked whether the room was ready before saying that it was not. The room was beautiful, overlooking an old wooden bridge and fish market. The preparation at the market start at 4 PM which woke us up (opened windows because we did not know we had air conditionaing), however, it was fun to observe all the activities. Fruit and vegetable market nearby as well. No elevator, and no help was offered with the luggage.

First the fact it was so very clean and in good condition. 2nd, the location was ideal as we could walk or take the water taxi to any place of interest. 3rd, the staff and especially Papa were very friendly and helpful. I will come back again for my next longer visit to Venezia.
Initially a little difficult to find and since the front desk closes at 7:00pm I was a little concerned about being able to check in since my train and flight were delayed till 8:00pm. 2nd, the WiFi signal in my room was too weak so I had to use it in the lobby.
